Beauty products are personal products which can't be used by anyone but its owner. However, We offer returns and refunds under specific conditions which are :

1- Receiving wrong Shipment or wrong items.
2- Receiving damaged items.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you Must :

- Inform our customer service with your request within 24 hours from receiving the order.

- Return the product within 5 calendar days of your purchase. Our customer service will contact you and arrange your return for you.

- The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

- After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.

- If the product is damaged in any way, or you didn't submit your request within 24 hours from receiving order, or you have initiated the return after 5 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
